Three Weeks Later

Her itching is gone but her baldness remains.
She looks awful, but I can see some improvement in her weight. She has lots more energy.
Today, Bones, her boyfriend went for a short trail ride and Scarlett whinnied for him
and trotted around the paddock calling for him.
This is the first horse that Bones has ever shown interest in, I think he's in love.

Scarlett still has a beautiful face, even if she is hairless.
I can really tell she's gained weight in her belly. You are doing a great job Julie. It's cute how "Bones" has his own woman now!

Wow, looks like all the weight is going to the belly ? She almost looks pregnant...
I don't know enough about it, perhaps the belly comes back first and the rest will fill in slowly? I'm glad she got rescued, poor thing, she deserves some happiness in her life.
